日本料理のだしの活かし方が素晴らしい。基本薄味ですが、優しく、しっかりだしの味が生きている。 食事の見せ方の工夫も素晴らしい。 従業員の皆さんの、さりげない優しい対応がよろしいのでは。

− 着いて部屋の座椅子に座ったとたん、座椅子の左の足が折れた。古いためと思う。夕食が大変でした。お料理にカバーをしていた。その中に虫がいた。2匹です。朝の食事にも虫が１匹いた。慣れているのか殺虫剤をまかないとだめだと言っていた。
