9.0位置还行 旁边有两个地铁。6号线稍远，1号线很近。附近去超市很方便。房屋除了地板有点旧，别的设施都很好。烧菜设备也很齐全。窗外风景也不错。周边感觉很安全。非常满意

− Nao tinha uma pessoa para qualquer tipo de contato. Foi enviado um contrato de 3 paginas para ser assinado no dia anterior, varios informativos para ler para saber codigos para abrir porta e ativacao de alarme e como usar coisas, horarios restritos de contato telefonico, nao resolucao de problemas como ar condicionado que nao funcionava, cama nao era confortavel, precisa recolher todo o lixo, separar por categoria e colocar na lixeira certa na noite anterior, rua escura, check out com hora marcada sem possibilidade de deixar mala para pegar depois.

4.0A localização era boa pois está razoavelmente perto (800mt). Tem comércio perto do apartamento.
− O Ar condicionado é geral para todo o Apartamento. Não tem estacionamento gratuito na rua. Eu adquiri estacionamento que o acesso é realizado através de elevador e quando cheguei ao local estava avariado. E segundo me informaram, estava avariado à uma semana. A alternativa dada 24horas depois, foi pesquisar um parque publico na zona!
