− We got up in am to take our shower no water. Faucet shower was broke could not turn on water. Went into office the gal called the owner, she said why didn’t we tell them yesterday what we didn’t take our shower yesterday it was today. No policy on broken water faucet again what. Not accommodating at all, would never recommend this place We would like some money back for our inconvenience!!
Stay was tolerable, but will not be going back.
5.0Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower water was hot.
− When I arrived, they did not have my reservation "in the book" along with another person that booked on this site. After the clerk made a phone call, it was found. Then she complained about the system. The chair in the room was falling apart. All of the screws were loose, so if you moved it pieces fell. The breakfast was not the "all American". I would have liked a donut that wasn't stale. If you didn't drink coffee, there wasn't another option.
Won't be going back
4.0− No blanket on bed - it was cold! Window left open, so there was cigarette smoke smell in the room when I arrived - from people smoking outside Front desk didn't have the reservation even though I pre-paid. It got straightened out, but...
