− the smell!!!! It wreaked of marijuana the whole time we were there. It was so strong in the staff hallway when we opened the staff access door and it wafted into our room the whole stay. it was obnoxious
Outdated decor. Rates are high for such a small hotel.

1.0− Staff were extremely rude, and charge me for an extra room and wouldn’t reverse it - blamed it on 3rd party booking.

9.0We really enjoyed the owner of this Inn! He takes very good care of the facility. The breakfast was simple, but sufficient. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. There was a smell for awhile, like a skunk, but we couldn't locate it's source and eventually it faded. Might have been from outside... The decor is dated and kind of builder-grade, but truly, it was clean and comfortable. We found the price quite high for what we got, but we can see the property is consistently well maintained and the owner is just a really lovely man. We've spent less elsewhere, and been kind of horrified at the the conditions we endured, so I say we'll be back to the Leisure Inn, even though it's expensive. The marine and waterpark/beach down the block, is really beautiful, too.
