Apart from the arrogant woman in the club reception, everything else was superb

− I’m a mum of two daughters that was driving over the blue mountains and the wheel came off my car and I booked last minute. The woman in the accommodation reception was lovely but there was another woman in the club reception that was just rude and arrogant. I had no charger as it was taken away with the car and when I asked her, she would not help and me and the two kids who were devasted walked up to service station when all they wanted was bed. I told her I would leave my licence, money and bank card if she would let me borrow one and she said no…. People take them. I said I won’t leave with out all my cards and money…. I just wanted a lend of it for 1hour to charge my phone and she was just arrogant. The woman in accommodation reception was lovely, I believe her name was Caroline? The older rude lady in club reception was not helpful or did she want to help
