− The property was an Airbnb and not a hotel as falsely described. The room smelled like sewer and was not up to standard of a 4 star hotel. We didn’t stay, but left immediately and checked into a hotel. I’m still waiting on my refund.

− No kettle to make a drink in the morning, but had a fridge . 50+ steps to walk up carrying your luggage to your room , no lift !! One of our group had mobility issues so was a struggle for her
