LOCATION VERY GOOD
7.0It can be a tad off-putting approaching Reception via a massage parlor but if you've travelled in VN for any length of time you'll know that is no indicator of worth; in this case, the hotel has pleasant and comfortable rooms, and its location is superb. However, be sure to bring your own bottled water!

Dirty and unpleasant - we checked out before staying a night
2.0Nothing. The staff were friendly but the hotel is nothing like the photos. You have to go through a foot massage salon to get to the lobby. The rooms are so dirty and the bed is rock hard. We checked out before staying a night. There were stains on the wall. Including ones which looked like sauce or blood. There was a gecko in the room. When we decided we couldn’t stay there they refused to give us a refund
− Everything. The rooms were so dirty and worn down, nothing looked like the photos. Not worth it even for the low price
