− Being told we making noise during the day yes if its night its understandable now we were playing with kids at the pool and because they on vacation they got too excited and kids do make noise. They should accommodate everyone
the staff must improve the way they treat and interact with customers.

− treatment from one of the staff members was not good, i was accused of burning a pillow-case with the iron, i did not even use their iron as there was an electricity problem, the pillow case only had stain from my coloured hair, i was accused of burning it, instead of asking me they sent me an invoice to pay for the pillowcase, i was not okay with the treatment, i even washed it to prove to them that i didn't burn it.

1.0Nice enough pool and location
− We booked two rooms. One of them looked nothing like the one we thought we booked from the photos. Furthermore, it was so dump the pillows were wet and smelled of feet. The aircon didn’t work. We had to remove the duvet and lie our own blanket on top of the sheets and pillows to be dry. The courtains and ceiling were all spotted of mould. The whole place smelled of mould and dump. We also had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we heard every plane taking off from the nearby airport for the whole night. The sofas and decorating pillows on the bed were dirty and mouldy. The other room was better but the courtains were mouldy and dirty too. The duvet had a cigarette burn and the towels were dirty. And the pillows smelled of sweat. I think the whole place should not allowed people to sleep in it. The conditions are borderline negligence and it is unacceptable to let people sleep in it. Low cleaning standard and the property could have at least left a dehumidifier and trying to clean the room. We barely slept. The worst stay I have had in years. We are incredibly upset and underslept, I can’t believe anybody could think of this as suitable to sleep in.
