8.0A pretty good hotel - good Location, wonderful rooftop dining, terribly friendly staff, tasteful design. Great place. The crazy bit: even if you stay for a week, they dont clean your room at all. Nobody comes, so no rubbish emptied, no loo rolls or coffee pods topped up. Nothing. The gimmick is there’s a pantry where you can do this yourself, but it’s bare except for a couple of towels

10.0We loved Zoku! The room was spacious, the bed was wonderful (not too hard and not too soft), it was quiet, and the air conditioning was fine (they mentioned that the temperature could be adjusted up or down by 3 degrees, but for us, the temperature was perfect). Plus, it’s located in a coworking space that has a great restaurant for lunch, and the staff is really nice. We’d definitely go back.

8.0Genuinely loved this stay — it strikes a nice balance between a hotel and an Airbnb. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed ourselves throughout. Would consider coming back.
− There’s a shared supply room with utensils, cleaning products, blankets, etc., but it ran out of basics — no forks, no cleaning sponges. For the price point, these are things that should always be stocked. Also worth noting: extending my stay by one extra night cost almost as much as half the original booking, which felt steep.

8.0Die Zimmer sind für den Gast sehr klug eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, kleine Cafés, ein Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkahrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen.
− Bei einem Aufenthalt von sieben Tagen wurde das Zimmer nur einmal gesäubert und mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Das ist zu wenig. Abgesehen davon ist die erhöhte Lage des Bettes für den Zimmerservice eine praktisch unputzbare Stelle. Hebt man die Matratze an, so findet man sehr viele Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Dies ist ganz ausdrücklich kein Vorwurf an das Personal. Sie dürfen nur einmal pro Woche putzen und dass ein schwerer Staubsauger nicht hoch zum Bett gewuchtet wird, kann wohl jeder nachvollziehen,
