Nice little boutique hotel, with a nice staff, which was clean and provided a nice breakfast. Walkable to the main square of Bishkek. One small complaint: they ask you at checkout if you used the minibar. I said no and they asked me to wait so the cleaning staff can actually go to check it. The gentleman apologized and said that was their rule. Not a good way to treat clients.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way.

Fantastisk personale og service, supert rom, perfekt lokasjon, alt tipp topp med hotellet. Anbefales på det varmeste. Bestilte en guidet dagstur gjennom hotellet. Den var helt ikke helt etter forventningene. Guide og sjåfør snakket stor sett sammen på kirgisisk. Fikk begrenset med informasjon og tydelig mangel på formidlingsevne og kunnskap. Søte og hyggelige folk da - og de kjørte meg de jeg skulle, men det er ikke nok når man betaler 250 dollar for en tur. Kvaliteten underleverandøren sto ikke i stil med kvaliteten på hotellet.
