9.0Das traditionelle japanische Essen war hervorragend. Auch in unserem Appartment und im traditionellen Onsen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
− In den Badezimmern besteht renovierungsbedarf insbesondere die Türen zu den Duschen entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen in einem 4 Sterne Hotel..
オーシャンビューをゆっくり堪能したい人にオススメ
9.0オーシャンビューがとても良かった。今回は出かけていることが多かったが、1日中ゆっくり客室で過ごしたいなと思える環境だった。 ご飯もとても美味しかった。祭りと日程が被って海外からの宿泊客が多く混雑していたにも関わらず丁寧に案内やお料理の説明などをして貰えた。 アメニティも充実しているし、シャンプーリンスが選び放題になっているのは面白かった。
− 室内の電気のカバー内に虫の死骸が溜まってたこと 大浴場のシャワーにいくつか温度調節が難しかったり漏れ続けたりする箇所があったこと コインランドリーがかなり荒れ気味(間違えて回したであろうティッシュの破片が舞っていたり、乾燥機から埃が落ち続けていたり)だったこと

10.0Really liked the fresh tuna sashimis for dinner and the rest of the seasonal fare. Breakfast was also very good; upscale version of traditional Japanese breakfast. The onsens were surprisingly empty; it was nice to have the facilities almost to myself The coffee bar was a nice touch to relax in, along with the mini library.

9.0Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Frühstück war traditionell japanisch und sehr reichhaltig. Zusätzlich gab es einen Bereich, wo es kalte und heiße Getränke gab und man konnte sich selbst bedienen. Zudem war die Unterkunft nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Charming and perfect for where we wanted to be and what we wanted to do
7.0Loved the location and how close it was to the Nachi waterfall! The staff were lovely and late night ramen and games room were a hit! Loved the private onsen room and the public onsen outside has a gorgeous view! They have some tattoo covers for us to go to the public onsen (however for beige skin tones and not quite big enough for some of our body art).
− It is a charming, but slightly dated hotel probably more targeted toward local guests. We were fine with communication in English when it was needed, but just good for western guests to know! We had some of our party that was less adventurous in that way than others, but by the end of the stay, all were happy.
