10.0スタッフの多くが外国の方でしたが、マナーや言葉遣い、どれをとっても丁寧で頑張っておられました。 お部屋も清潔で、お風呂もゆっくり入れました。24時間いつでも入れるお風呂、ごうかなお食事に癒されました。またぜひ伺いたいです。

10.0Deux jours superbes dans le luxe à la japonaise avec un onsen prive dans notre chambre et une vue sur le Fuji dans le onsen privatisable. Des repas « kaiseki » très raffinés tres copieux (par petites doses, mais beaucoup de petites doses)

Reservations are required for massage services, spa treatments, and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
