Awful, dirty, bad service and wouldn’t recommend!
1.0The location is ideal, walking distance from the port. Spacious rooms.
− Dirty, mouldy shower, carpets are rippling, wallpaper peeling. Really run down, but the bedding didn’t even fit in properly. Felt really dirty and unkept. Didn’t even want to have the breakfast. When checking in, was told to leave at 10am even thought when booking it, it’s 11. Apparently that was a mistake on booking.com but it really just felt like we were being cheated. Wasn’t very welcoming. Nor were they very friendly when leaving. Tables were sticky in the room. Shower mats dirty. Was a very unpleasant stay. Especially for the price of £125!

4.0Restaurant and reception staff good, nice Thai food restaurant and good breakfast. Plenty of parking.
− Room far too hot, seemed like central heating stuck on, also thermostat would not go below 23 though I think it didn't work anyway. Window broken so not very secure and little breeze able to enter room. Creaky floorboards. Wifi coverage not very good in room only close to reception. Generally in need of a freshen up.
Stressful drunk neighbour tried to enter my room 3 times

− The room was dirty, the window didn’t close properly, wallpaper was hanging off the walls, shower didn’t work properly, the lock on my door didn’t work properly, and the WIFI didn’t work,

7.0Close to Lerwick centre and has a Thai restaurant downstairs.
− Room was very hot, but thankfully there is a wee fan provided. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
