8.0Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the city. Child friendly in all aspects. Our family had a jolly good stay. Proximity of the Metro being just a foot outside the hotel is pure bliss!

10.0It was just one stop away from the metro station, which was convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no room service at all—everything had to be collected from the reception. Even when the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and I called for a refill, they told me to come downstairs and pick it up myself. This applied to everything else as well!
