5.0A experiência no hotel foi satisfatória e atendeu às expectativas, mas não houve nenhum aspecto que realmente se destacasse ou tornasse a estadia memorável. De modo geral, foi uma hospedagem aceitável, sem grandes problemas, mas também sem diferenciais que mereçam um destaque especial.
− Um ponto negativo da estadia foi o fato de o frigobar do quarto não estar funcionando. Informei o problema à recepção assim que o identifiquei, porém, infelizmente, nenhuma solução foi apresentada durante minha hospedagem. Esperava que a situação fosse resolvida após o aviso, o que acabou não acontecendo.
