8.0We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable.

4.0Booked this fairly last minute via a booking service so possibly missed some details about what the facilities actually are. The ‘huts’ are not en-suite and don’t have water - there was no way of filling the kettle. Staff don’t start until 10 so Communal area was not cleared after a wedding reception the night before and toilets were filthy (covered in vomit). The staff working on Saturday night were lovely.

2.0No communication from the staff .. booking came with breakfast included .. asked when it was served .. only answer gotten was 10am .. wasn't told it pnlt consosted of croissants and toast and if you wanted a cooked breakfast you had to request it and pay more
