− Besonders negativ sind die Bäder zu bewerten: Keine echte Duschabtrennung, Dusche zu klein. Ausstattung Stand 80-er… 90-er Jahre Ansonsten passen die anderen Bewertungen ganz gut.

Posizione ottimale. A 10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto ed a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro turistico. Lo staff sempre gentile e cordiale. Una buonissima colazione. Abbondante e molto fornita. Nel complesso, comunque lo consiglio

− Le camere non sono pulitissime però per soggiornarci non sono più male.

Decent size room and close to the airport (if you don’t mind walking up hills or always getting a taxi)

− Room very unclean. Shower head spilt so water covered the entirety of the bathroom. Mouldy smelling fridge. No cooling or heating apparatus for breakfast

Cosy, calm hotel in nature with a pool and view

Nice mid size hotel in silent surrounding in nature with a view to the sea and partially to the airport. Swimming pool with and without shade. Self-service breakfast on the terrace with a view. Big simple room with balcony.

− Distance to the Skiathos town or good beaches might be an issue for someone, all manageable with car/scooter. Breakfast selection could be a bit better and a choice of coffee could be improved as well.

The receptionist was helpful.

− We had booked a room with a balcony. However when we arrived, we were given a room in the basement which stank of mould. When we went to check our allocation at reception, we were told the room was the only one available. After speaking to the manager, we were informed that we could either stay and receive discounted drinks or we could cancel for a full refund. We cancelled our booking and stayed somewhere else for the night. When we got home, we received an email to say that our refund had been refused! Despite two emails to the accommodation and one to the hotel headquarters, we still have not received any replies. Disgusted!

Our advice is: FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

The only good thing about the hotel was the air conditioning was quiet so you could sleep peacefully at night. The beds were firm and not worn out. My wife wants soft beds. So 50/50. The pool was nice and was maintained by a very dedicated man. I'm writing here of what was not good due to the limited characters in not good field. Also I will need to claim refund from Booking.com! The hotel is indescribably dirty and worn out, and more reminiscent of a hostel or a 2 star Chinese hotel. It has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel, and you also have to pay 10€ per person per day in tax. It's rude! Unfortunately we had booked 2 rooms. One for 2 weeks room no. 214 and the other for 4 days room no. 98. We believe that the hotel can only be used for 1 night in case you have to leave early the next morning and not eat breakfast. You would think that the room numbers were put on the doors by a kindergarten. The pictures speak for themselves. The poor students who were employed at the reception did not have it easy with the many complaining guests and an indifferent administration. The 2 young uneducated women in hotel business, did their best despite the extremely poor working conditions. It turns out that the hotel has been bought recently and has also been given a coat of paint all over it. The counter itself was painted black and it was already worn out and looked terrible. By the front door there was mouse shit every day!!! 🤮 The pictures speak for themselves. A mother and her daughter worked in the kitchen. They also had a hard time because of the poor facilities and had to wash all the dishes manually. This resulted in not so clean cutlery, plates etc. In addition, the dining tables had a textured surface and were impossible to clean. To be continued in the next field of what was not liked.

− The breakfast was incredibly sad and unhygienic. The hot food was cold because of no heating. The cold food was hot because of no cooling. The pictures speak for themselves. The mother was very gracious to fry fresh fried eggs for us every morning. Thank you very much. It was a wonder we didn't get stomach problems and diarrhea. The cleaning of the rooms was beyond criticism. We encountered two women. One a Bulgarian who didn't speak a word of English and the other a Greek who spoke fluent English. They were both friendly but had a very hard time keeping the place nice and clean. For example, they only had sanitary cleaner to clean mirrors and glass. It looked like sh…. No mirrors, glass walls or windows were clean. The pictures speak for themselves. As previously described, the hotel had been recently bought and they had also given it a paint job all over it, including the bathtub!!! We lived in a painted wreck. I showered every day at the pool. There was a shower that worked 50%. The pictures speak for themselves. The rooms were dirty. Dust on the surfaces. No wardrobes, so we lived in suitcases. The toilet wouldn't flush, and we had to borrow a bucket to flush it down the toilet, otherwise things would just float around in the toilet. Really disgusting. 🤮 There was only a bedside table on one side, which we pointed out, after which we were given a filthy garden chair in the room. Had a meeting with the administration and a lot was promised that just wasn't kept, such as buying cabinets so we wouldn't have to live in our suitcases on the floor However, after several requests, a shower curtain was put up in room 98. Room 214 is listed as a room with a view. However, that is not correct. You look straight out into the trees. Outside on the balcony you can look down towards the airport and the bay to the left. The only problem was that it was so indescribably dirty that you couldn't stay out there.
