10.0Hotellets fine bade og smukke beliggenhed var et hit. Vi nød at tage denmlille tovbane op til de udendørs onsen-bade. Både middagen og morgenmaden var udsøgt lækker og betjeningen excellent. Senge og badeværelser var tip top med yukata, slippers, håndklæder og diverse accessories.

Prachtig hotel in een prachtige vallei met een onsen die je nooit meer vergeet.
9.0De prachtige onsen was echt de attractie van dit hotel. Het uitzicht vanuit het bad was onbeschrijfelijk. Leuk om een tradiotionele japanse kamer met futonbed te hebben. Elke avond een heerlijk diner met een life gezongen lied van de gastvrouw. Bij vertrek werden we door de voltallige staf uitgezwaaid.
− Het japanse ontbijt was voor ons iets te tradiotioneel, maar leuk om mee te maken, Gelukkig is er overal wel een 7/11.

9.0Nicely designed room, beautiful private and public onsen with amazing view over the mountains (and love the cable car going up there), delicious breakfast and dinner in beautiful dining room, very friendly staff (especially Hayato who made our meals even more memorable).
− The lobby, hallway carpet, and lounge (wine room) feel outdated and not as welcoming as the dining room and bed rooms. If they’d be redesigned/updated it would make the hotel feel so much more luxurious.
