7.0Location close to Falls of Lara and Oban for catching an early ferry. ferry
− Not getting our rooms muddled. Unfortunately we were given the wrong room keys. This was sorted but meant one of us had to repack inorder to move.
Uninspiring experience.
5.0Staff friendly.
− Breakfast arrangements. Having to book a time. Tables too close. Horrible atmosphere. Rather basic Scottish breakfast. No dinner menu in room info pack. Room was rather basic. Pillows were too soft and no alternative.
