Very dated
4.0This place doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 70’s. There was a room and it had a bed. That’s about as much as I can say for it.
Alright if cheap.
6.0Really nice staff. Lots of parking and close enough to Fareham to walk. Bedding was clean and the bed was comfy. Dodgy stains on the blinds. The bathroom was awful. Taps stained with green grime and the water temperature was either freezing or hot enough to roast your skin off (no exaggeration). OK if it's cheap but avoid room 26.

4.0Staff in reception very friendly, the rest is not good. The bed linen was dirty, stains on pillow cases and human hair in the sheets, room was cold on arrival, heating was off, bathroom very run down and needs a big upgrade. Bath towels dirty and have seen better days. Restaurant food was microwave food.

10.0Close to Harvester restaurant, Fareham train station and Aldi supermarket (all easily walkable in 5-10 mins) plus on site evening and breakfast options in lovely airy and light conservatory. Great friendly helpful staff.
