− スタップがフロントにいない 荷物を運ぶワゴンが少なくて利用できない 部屋の掃除が行き届いていない 部屋のソファークッションが古すぎるのか壊れているのかわからないが、お尻が沈んで立ち上がることができなかった。こんなソファーを設置して料金を取るのはお客のことを全く考えていない

1.0ロケーションだけは良かったかな。
− ウエルカムドリンクなどのサービスがなくて💦 ツインベッドルームの和室のTV辺りホコリだらけ、掃除されてない💦 ベッドが、湿気で、気持ち悪い😩 夕飯ビッフェ、サラダの品数(キュウリ、トマト)無し💦冷凍のブロッコリーは、べちょべちょで、まずい💦色々ホテル、旅館利用しているが、サービスの悪さが際立った！！ 今後の利用は無いかな〜
