建物の劣化
4.0部屋全体は良好だが部屋前の引戸が建付けの劣化か閉めたら最後大人の力でもなかなか開けられない。 子供ではほぼ不可能。 トイレ側の床も劣化か沈みひどいきしみ音がする。 夜トイレに行くには家族全員を起こしてしまう。
