10.0We stayed in one of the apartments which was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had very good food and drinks (you could tell there were locals there as well as hotel guests) and the staff was as accommodating and polite as can be.

6.0One of the reasons we choose this hotel is because they indicated that they had laundry facilities on site. There were no facilities on site for us to use. Rather, we were told that the staff could do it for us; they way this was shared with us was as a favor, not a service. We ended up with a pile of wrinkled clothes and a bill of 40 pounds. We felt taken advantage of in this process. The expedia discription should clearly indicate laundry service not laundry facilities. Very dissatisfied with this.

10.0Redcliff was very convient to everything, food, shopping, museums, walking trails, etc. The room was perfect size. The food at the on site restaurant was fantastic. If I had any complaint the shower was very tiny and the water pressure was low.
