10.0Beautiful traditional ryokan with an unbelievable view. Staff very friendly and when my daughter had a small mishap the manager personally came to our room and provided medical help. Dinner was a great culinarily and cultural experience.
− Not a criticism, but if you get the dinner, translate the accompanying menu on your phone so you can follow the courses correctly.

9.0They had a shuttle from the train station to bring you up and back. The Onsen was wonderful.
− Unfortunately 4 of us got ill from the dinner served. Not enough western selections at breakfast.
