ちょっと遠かったけどまた来たいです。と
7.0静かな所で夕食も朝食も大変美味しかったです。 温泉もサウナも疲れが取れました。
− 夕食の時は案内してもらって、朝食の時は「係の者が案内します」と聞いたのに結局誰も来なくて勝手に自分達で、「こういう食べ方でいいよね」とかいいながら食べました。 でも素敵なホテルでした。
建物が 大きいだけで 社員教育が なってない
5.0風呂が ４ヶ所あって それぞれ 趣があり 清潔でよかった
− フロントがひどい 着いた時 男女2人で話してて いらっしゃいませがなかった 翌朝 散歩に出て 帰ってきた時も 何もない 色々なホテルに泊まったが 初めてでした 子供が オネショしてしまい 連絡して 処理してもらいました 帰りに クリーニング代 6600円 請求されました

10.0Wow, amazing , if I knew it's that great I would stay more then one night. Traditional , just on the river side, clean, with some options onsen open and closed, summer yokata, good evening and morning Japanese meals

8.0日時によるのか、混雑感がなく、館内でゆったりと過ごせました。 お食事がとても美味しかったです。 源泉もツルツルしてよかったです。 パックができたのは思いがけなく嬉しかったです。
− エレベーター内がタバコ臭がして不快でした。 全てのお風呂が源泉掛け流しでなかったのが残念でした。

9.0朝食の鯛づくしが本当に最高でした。 ラウンジの庭園が素敵。 1階の露天風呂は素晴らしい。
− 浴衣のサイズが難しかった。 露天風呂の初見は、お湯の温度が熱い場所とちょうどいい場所が入るまで分からなかった。
