8.0Hotel is dated and a bit tired but not to the extent of some of the reviews. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to help. Very reasonable prices!

6.0Likes - Convenient to our destination. Double room available. Not too expensive for what we had. Coffee and tea making available. Quiet. Dislikes- Shabby décor. Small shower, small sink, only one bedside cabinet, no bedside lights.

2.0The hotel called us the night before we were due to arrive to say they had double booked. They offered to put us in their sister hotel Normanhurst hotel,Sale. This hotel was absolutely dreadful and the place should be condemned. We can not comment on original booked hotel as we never got to see it. Whilst the staff were very apologetic we would not of accepted their alternative hotel if we had know the terrible state of the building and rooms. We are absolutely disgusted.
