− El aire condicionado es muy viejo y no regulaba temperatura. Hace bastante ruido también. Las almohadas tienen plástico, eso no deja descansar tampoco

9.0− Pedí toalla para piso y no la entregaron. Me hicieron la observación que no manchara las toallas por que se me cobrarían y cuando las usé lo primero que vi, es que estaban manchadas.
