Lovely stay but thank goodness it was only 23 degrees
8.0Location excellent. Nice pool and bar area. Lovely to just go out from the door of the hotel straight onto the promenade . Nice balcony.
− Lack of air conditioning is a serious issue. Yes, I know the climate is cooler, but I come from a similar climate where most good hotels have this in their rooms. If you are portraying yourself as a modern up to date hotel, then air conditioning is a must. It would make me think twice about staying here again. I think ultimately the hotel, looking at other reviews will ultimately have to address this issue.

9.0La localización y el personal más que amable. Allá donde estuviera que necesitara algo, había una persona dispuesta a echarnos una mano para solucionar nuestras dudas o necesidades. está en la playa entre el mar y la ría lo que le convierte en una localización extraordinaria.
− Que no tenían aire acondicionado y nos ha pillado una época de mucho calor. El wifi era de poca cobertura y costaba conectarse (además la tele de la habitación, que iba también por wifi, nos dió muchos problemas).
