8.0接客態度。非常に丁寧だった。感謝です。 また施設の設備は古いがこれらも丁寧に扱われおり、 清潔感が感じられ気持ちが良かったです。

7.0The hotel was clean and tidy, although the building is visibly old. We chose it deliberately, to get a taste of a traditional Japanese hotel, and in that sense it delivered exactly what we came for. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including air conditioning. There is a rooftop terrace and an onsen in the building, which is a nice bonus in the evening. Breakfast is served in the noodle restaurant downstairs in the same building — I would rate it as mediocre: not bad, but not the reason to stay here.
− The traditional part: sleeping on futons on the floor — the quilt was genuinely soft and pleasant, though the pillow is small, which took some getting used to. An interesting experience, but honestly probably a once-in-a-lifetime thing for us.
