Overall would not recommend and return again.
4.0The hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants near by. The room had AC and a TV.
− The towels, the sheets and the curtains were not properly washed. The towels would arrived stained and not properly dried. My sheets had a stain as well. Also the bed was not that comfortable. One of the days at peak hour after the beach at 5 pm there were not hot water available so my mom had to shower with cold water.

10.0Based on our many trips to Pogradec, this is the best hotel in the area. A well-located, sophisticated, truly elegant hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend.
− The breakfast is very simple and after a while boring, not worthy of the elegance of the hotel.

8.0Bij aankomst konden we letterlijk voor de deur parkeren. De familiekamer bestond uit twee aparte slaapkamers met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en twee goede balkons. De bedden lagen erg lekker.
− De badkamer was verouderd. Het ontbijt was beperkt.
