Vuilste hotelkamer ooit
2.0− Kamer zou niet mogen verhuurd worden. Veel schimmel overal en vol vlekken op het meubilair. Zeer oude badkamer met o.a. verschillende gebroken tegels. Kamer nr 7 op de tweede verdieping. Het personeel legde uit dat deze kamers op de tweede verdieping nog moest gerestaureerd worden. Kamerwissel was niet mogelijk omdat het hotel volzet was. Wij kregen deze kamer ondanks het feit dat we heel vroeg geboekt hadden. Nogmaals: deze kamer zou absoluut niet in aanmerking mogen komen voor verhuur: overal schimmel in de kamer en badkamer. Ik meldde dit aan het personeel & via booking, maar kreeg geen reactie.
