Horrendous
1.0− This hotel ruined my whole holiday! When I turned up for my two night stay which I had booked 2 months in advice they said they had over booked, so moved me into another hotel inland which was terrible. So I left and booked another hotel late into the night at a huge extra cost. It really ruined my whole trip and they have now said they wont give me a refund which I will fight. Absolutely awful situation. Avoid!
