6.0Otelin fizik şartları yetersiz olup odada telefon olmaması ve duşun bozukluğu gibi olumsuzluklarla karşılaştık.Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili olup ellerinden geldiğince sorunları çözmeye çalışıyorlar.Otelin acilen tadilata girmesi gerekiyor.

4.0Personal sehr höflich und die Lage ist Top, aber ein paar Kritikpunkte hätte ich noch. Klima Anlage Funktioniert nicht. Zimmer ist heruntergekommen. Kissen hatten Brandlöcher. Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist es akzeptabel aber für längere Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

10.0Çok kibar ve güler yüzlü bir hizmet aldık. Otel genel anlamda temizdi. Problem yaşadığımız hiç bir nokta olmadı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi.

10.0resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok samimi ve güleryüzlüydü,teşekkür ederim.Kardeşimle bir gece konakladık,gayet temiz bir ortamdı.Sadece sanırım denize çok yakın olması nedeniyle hafif rutubetlenmeler vardı tavanda,,biraz daha bakım yapılırsa harika olur.Yaz tatilim için erken rezarvasyon yaptırmayı bile düşünüyorum,Hamzakoy sahili hemen otelin karşısında deniz ve güneş keyfi sonrası otelde dinlenmek süper olacaktır.Tavsiye ederim..
