− O quarto estava sujo e cheirava a esgoto, tive de ir comprar produtos de limpeza para limpar o chuveiro e a sanita. Encontrei baratas nas escadas e no segundo dia de estadia, o alarme de incêndio disparou às 11pm e tivemos de sair todos do hotel para a rua. Após uns 20 minutos mandaram regressar ao quarto sem qualquer explicação. Quando pedi que me explicassem o que se passou, disseram que tinha sido apenas um alarme que estava a funcionar mal, no entanto, quando íamos a sair do hotel o cheiro a queimado era notório nas escadas. Pedi uma pizza e disseram-me para esperar 15 minutos até ficar pronta.....Após os 15 minutos dirigi-me a recepção e a recepcionista tinha-se esquecido de fazer a pizza, tive de esperar novamente mais 15 minutos. Não recomendo o hotel, já tive em vários Ibis e este foi claramente o pior!

5.0Pour un nuit sans visite de Bergerac. La gentillesse des personnes autant à notre arrivée qu’au p’tit déjeuner.
− Le p’tit déjeuner n’est pas très bien garni mais c’est Iris budget donc je l’accepte.
