10.0Excellent accueil tant en amont par téléphone qu’à l’arrivée et au départ. Personnel très agréable et très attentionné. Chambre très propre lumineuse et très pratique. J’avais demandé une chambre en étage élevé et au calme, j’ai été satisfaite!! Un grand merci

2.0Nobody informed about no hair drier was available in rooms, so once required, simply the few they got ran out. Nobody knew how many they hot, where they were and when they'd have back. Terrible service

6.0Pansement avec du sang colle au sol. Aucun placard ou même tiroir où ranger la valise pas même une table basse. Option petit-déjeuner à fuir!!!! Choix très limité. Matelas qui fuit du sommier. Distributeur de café HS et c'est pas le 1er Ibis que je fais mais à chaque fois la machine à boissons chaudes est HS!!!! Un F1 est beaucoip mieux sur pleins d'aspects et ils ont un très bon service petit-déjeuner.... Quoi qu'il en soit vous voilà prevenu.

4.0Hôtel dans une zone en travaux. Chambre sans laquelle il y avait un cafard. Draps sales. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Idem pour les draps !
