10.0Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже в очередной раз, так как для меня важна близость к Мариинскому театру. Плюс устраивает соотношение цена-качество. Мы жили в номере люкс, хотя, конечно, это никакой не люкс, а просто двухкомнатный номер. Но зато много места, высокие потолки, окна выходят в тихий двор отеля. В общем, буду с удовольствием останавливаться здесь и в следующий раз.

8.0Все замечательно. Район проживания - лучше не придумаешь: рядом Мариинка, 10 минут пешком до Новой Голландии, рукой подать до Садовой. Кафе, рестораны, столовые, магазины - на любой вкус. В номере с двуспальной кроватью: телевизор, миникухня с холодильником, электрочайником, электроплитой, полным набором посуды и мощной вытяжкой; в санузле есть все необходимое (гель, шампунь, мыло, отличный фен, вытяжка), достаточно полотенец, душевая кабина. С горячей водой (очень актуально для отелей в историческом центре Питера) - никаких проблем, в наличии большой водонагреватель. Все чистенько. Белье постельное новое. Кровать очень удобная. Мебель простенькая, но функциональная. Не скрипит! Есть одно но, в отель бывают селятся китайские туристические группы. Галдят, как на птичьем базаре. Впрочем, от них никуда не денешься: все музеи, парки, исторические пригороды - кругом одни китайцы.
