My new favorite stay in OKC
10.0Visited on a girls trip/get away and we had the best time! Pool area is super nice and the waitress took excellent care of us while we laid out. Building is beautiful with lots of history. Staff is top tier from the front desk, to the bar tenders and rooms attendants. The rooms are spacious. We had 4 to a room to save on costs and there was plenty of space.
Exceptional service and genuine hospitality
10.0I had an excellent experience with the Fordson Hotel. The staff were professional, welcoming and genuinely committed to making guests feel taken care of. The hotel management team, including Debra and Melanie, went above and beyond, and their willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to come across a team that combines professionalism with genuine hospitality. I’d happily recommend the Fordson to anyone looking for a hotel where the service feels thoughtful, personal and dependable.
I booked a double . They had us as a single. No worries. Room switched right away . Great service
10.0Friendly staff . Very helpful
− All good

10.0What a beautiful hotel and historic building! The rooms were so spacious and the big windows were so nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!
Great stay in West Village district
10.0Location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do downtown. Atmosphere was fun. Large rooms were nice. Enjoyed the sauna.
Ruling out this spot for future travel. There are many other options in this $400 range w/less rules
3.0The physical space was lovely if you like modern, loft like city vibe. The pool was very small with limited patio furniture but cute. The linens were nice & room was clean.
− We recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself has potential, our experience was overshadowed by overly restrictive rules and an unwelcoming staff attitude. As paying guests spending $400 for our stay, we expected a much higher level of customer service. We encountered three frustrating situations during our brief stay:Pool Restrictions: Upon arrival, we were informed that our 17-year-old children had to leave the pool area by 4:30 PM due to the pool bar opening. We have stayed at many hotels where adults consume alcohol around families and have never run into this policy. To make matters more frustrating, the pool bar never actually opened, though we still complied with the request.Pool Closure Notice: Around 9:30 PM, my husband and I brought our $20 cocktails outside to enjoy the evening. We were immediately met with an abrupt warning from staff: "Don't get too comfortable, as we are closing at 10 and you will need to leave." The delivery felt unnecessarily stern rather than hospitable.Snack Room Policy: Later, my husband went to the guest snack area to grab a refreshment and was sharply told by a staff member that the room was closed. At this price point, we expected to feel like valued guests. Instead, the constant enforcement of strict rules and the sharp tone from the staff left us feeling unwelcome. We hope management reviews their approach to guest communication, as customer satisfaction seemed to be a very low priority
