8.0There was a horrible smell coming from the houses behind motel . Its not a suite its a motel . But most of all.it was clean and easily accessible to highway and downtown.

8.0Motel is a convenient 10-12 minute walk from DART station. There is a gas station/food mart and an ice cream/coffee place one block away. There is a tacqueria 2 blocks away. Motel is conveniently located near 35E service/access road.

2.0I hated everything! The restrictions, the smell. All the rooms smell of smoke. There was ever a rat in one of the rooms. Please rub from this motel cos it’s not worth the money. I couldn’t even breathe because it looked like the staff were watching me like a hawk whenever I moved around. The moment I had a friend dropped me off, they called me that “no guests were allowed” then I wandered how and why they were watching me. Did they also have a camera in the rooms??? Not worth the money in any way!!! Not enjoyable and very smelly.

You get what you pay for
6.0Had to deal with 2 bugs in the bathroom when I first entered, there was some already opened packets for shampoo as well. Overall was fine though other than that.
