9.0The staff was so kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location was good.
− The elevator for luggage was broken and I had to carry my bag down from the fourth floor. This wouldn't be so bad but i have a bad lower back and it really strained my back. Staff would have helped but we had to leave before 7 am to catch a flight and staff doesn't start working until 7 am. In hindsight I wish we had chosen a later flight. Then I would not have hurt my back.

10.0Lovely room, tiny but we loved it. Very friendly staff, the jacuzzi was an amazing add-on to jump in after a long day of walking. The breakfast (Japanese) was delicious. You can walk to Asakusa Shrine (20 min) thru a lovely neighborhood.

10.0Yusuke was such a massive help. He treated us so graciously and even gave us some local (avoiding lots of tourists) places to try. The facility was clean and beautiful. I am going to miss the shower room.

Lovely Traditionell accommodation
10.0Traditionell Japanese Ryokan. Exceptional clean and well organised. The staff was amazing and always very helpful. A big Thank you to the staff - I have particular dietary requirements and they went out of their way to accommodate this. Metro within walking distance and all areas easy to reach from there. Would definitely stay again. Always someone there to help.
