8.0A great place for kids as there is a lot of rides to play. A quite place for relaxing too
Waste of money, pathetic staff utter madness!!!!!!
2.0Where can I start?! To get there it’s on a diet track. To check in they had no info on the booking and when they found it they told us only 2 people per room - we had 3 rooms for 9 people! At check you get many tickets all different colours for different activities. If you don’t have your tickets you cannot do anything! For example - mother and father take 2 kids swimming with 2 tickets. The guy rejects the parents and let’s the kids in. Parents had to watch outside the fence. Tried to go in the water park and asked to buy beer - not allowed because after 2 and before 5...left the water park and bought a beer from the restaurant 20metres away and stood outside the water park. Utter madness and when we complained we were told not you need tickets to get into the water park and offered no apology that a 6 year old and 11 year old were left in the water park by themselves. Asked about beer and they said - ‘actually restaurant is not allowed to sell also!!! Complete and utter waste of money - tickets required for everything - in a resort with 24hour security. Feel absolutely ripped off as we spent 15,000 thb for this booking. We will never go back!!!

6.0The stay generally ok. But on 1st night there was a power outage causing no aircons and light for a moment. The staff limitation of English make enquiry difficult.

10.0อากาศดีมาก ลมเย็นสบายทั้งวัน ต้นไม้เยอะ ร่มรื่นดี ห้องกว้าง สะอาด พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ชอบอาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะ คนชอบอาหารสุขภาพจะถูกใจ มีผักผลไม้เยอะ มีเครื่องเล่นฟรีด้วย เด็กๆชอบ ทางเข้าลึกหน่อยแต่ก็ไม่ไกลมาก จะกลับไปอีกแน่นอน
