Dès mon arrivée, dans un contexte particulièrement stressant après l’évacuation liée à l’incendie, elle a su se montrer très rassurante, d’une grande bienveillance et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Sa gentillesse et son attention ont vraiment fait la différence et m’ont permis de retrouver un peu de sérénité. Merci encore pour votre empathie et aide !

9.0Je suis très satisfait de cet Hotel, et j'y retourne dès que possible. Le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable , la chambre , le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables, et rien ne manque pour le petit déjeuner de plus c'est un hôtel très calme . Je le recommande .
