6.0First room smelt horrible (like water and mold) but I was offered another room upon request. Second room the wall paper was coming off and mold had started. Wall had stuff on it and looked like blood splatter. Smelt like someone had smoked in the room. Carpet had a powder substance on it and had not been vacuumed.

4.0They gave us a second floor room even though we asked for first floor. And we are handicapped. There were a lot of people coming and going in pick up trucks that look ed kind of suspicious it was unsafe. The pool was dirty.
