1.0I would like to thank one member of staff who changed my room inside the hotel to avoid the steps on the fifth floor.. the room was okay but the power cut revealed some serious limitations.
− This hotel has one of the most ridiculous sets of steps to enter the hotel that I've ever come across. There are no guardrails no handrails and the ramp is very very state and I also has no handrails or guardrails. I asked a member of stuff if there was another entrance because I couldn't use the steps and she laughed. I don't consider it funny. The room had no window. There was a power cut at about 4am. That meant there was no air conditioning but a very bright light was turned on automatically that woke me up with no means of turning it off. About an hour later the power was restored that automatically turned the TV on with quite a loud volume but it did not turn the air conditioning back on. Overall a really unpleasant stay and I will not be going back.

− Chambre les baies vitrée pas d'isolation trés bruillant jour est nuit voitures motos je n'ai pas dormie une nuit sans me réveillé, pas de restaurant a par le petit déjeuner moyen , pratiquement trés peut de touristes . Le jour du départ personne pour nous dire au revoir nous avons rendu le badge a l'accueuil ,sans un au revoir .

great for a few nights
7.0Very comfy bed and air con was great. Staff were extremely accommodating and family focused. The shower by the pool was surprisingly great and didn't need to extend the room for our late flight. Hotel was clean throughout.
− The pool needs some work as the stools are a little hazardous and makes pool questionable to swim in. Breakfast wasn't great and needs more options.
