− חדר קטן, אין חניה, מקום מיושן מאוד, מעלית בעייתית בייחוד בשבת.

6.0צוות המלון היה מקסים ואדיב מאוד!!!
− לפני שסגרתי את החופשה בדקתי חוות דעת וציפינו ליותר...! כשהגענו היו נמלים במיטה, היו חרקים במקלחת. הצוות הגיע מיד להחליף סדינים אך החוויה הזו הייתה לא נעימה. בנוסף האוכל היה טעים אך מגוון קטן יחסית, במיוחד בארוחת בוקר. הסככות בבריכה כיסו כמעט את כל הבריכה והיה חסר שמש לכולם.

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The pool, sauna and hot tub are open from April to October. Please note, check-in on Saturdays is possible only after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
