Great place with amazing staff.
10.0Amazing friendly staff. Great pool and grounds. Food also really good. Staff organised a bithday cake, blew up ballons and sang happy birthday.

− Very bad smell in the wash room and team trying to put air fresheners but it doesn’t work. Specially for the kids it’s very bad

7.0Het personeel is super vriendelijk, super behulpzaam en staan letterlijk dag en nacht voor je klaar. Hotel hielp ons met boeken van een stadstour door Anuradhapura en Safari tegen hele schappelijke prijzen. Ontbijtje to go dat werd verzorgd toen we om 5.00uur sochtends op safari gingen was goed. Domein ziet er erg mooi uit, kamers zijn voorzien van goede airco en bedden.
− Badkamer stonk ontzettend en de lampen in de badkamer waren kapot. Toen we dit gemeld hadden hebben ze de lamp direct deels gemaakt. De stank werd opgelost door een raampje open te zetten (dit loste het probleem natuurlijk niet op). Zwembad in de tuin had veel diertjes en larven. Zwembroeken stonken toen ze eruit kwamen. Ontbijt op het domein was karig. Hotel ligt veel verder van het centrum dan op booking.com aangegeven (ligt echt niet in het centrum).
