− 食事が冷めている、 部屋にドライヤーがない。 朝食の直前に布団を片付けるからホコリがまっている中で食べる事 掛け布団のカバーを外さずそのまま片付けたのでつぎのお客にもそのまま使うと思うとがっかりした。
Fantastic ryokan with small, but beautiful Onsen!
10.0The breakfast was a fantastic ryokan set menu. Everything was very nicely prepared and presented and tasted marvellous. The small Onsen was delightful with a view over Itō. The staff where very friendly and helpful. It was an overall perfect stay.

10.0- Le côté très ryokan traditionnel - le petit déjeuner exceptionnel servi dans la chambre - le onsen salé à l’extérieur avec acces en funiculaire - Le bassin avec les carpes - Les yukata très joli - le personnel très sympas
− - N’étant pas habituée, il fallait laisser les clefs de la voiture en rentrant dans l’hôtel et reparler au personnel pour les récupérer lorsque l’on sort de l’hôtel. Mais ce n’était pas si dérangeant que ça !
