4.0Péssimo. Cheguei de madrugada, cansado e com pressa para poder dormir. NÃO LOCALIZARAM MINHA RESERVA E COBRARAM O PREÇO CHEIO E NÃO O VALOR RESERVADO. Limpeza péssima. Café da manhã: furtas ok, presunto horrível (fiquei com goto ruim na boca por horas), pior manteiga que comi na vida, não dava para comer nem o pão com manteiga. Única coisa boa foi a ducha que tem pressão boa e água quente farta.

Triste. Não esperava luxo, mas esperava conforto.
6.0Já fiquei nos dois status. O outro é ok, mas esse da Vila... 😳 Cheguei a noite, abriram o estacionamento indicando onde colocar o carro, mas quando foi 08:00 horas da manhã acordei assustada com alguém batendo na porta (era do estacionamento pedindo para tirar o carro, porque havia chegado material de construção). Penso assim: Por que não conversaram e pediram para deixar a chave do carro?! ; Por que não telefonaram?! ; Ninguém foi comprar material às 06 da manhã, então já sabiam e podiam ter conversado. Achei falta de tudo acordar com alguém batendo na porta. Isso foi o fim. Ah, e por volta das 10 horas ligaram errado para o quarto. Fomos para dormir, descansar... sem sucesso. Outra coisa, as cortinas no quarto parecem sujas. O café da manhã é bem fraco. E de manhã o corredor estava cheirando coisa que não devia. Decepcionante! Não esperava luxo, mas esperava simplicidade e conforto.
