10.0Peaceful setting with lovely views, good location for hill walking.
Quiet friendly architecturally interesting hotel
10.0Very friendly owners, a beautiful hilltop spot, an architecturally interesting and newly built hotel, offering quiet and privacy and beautiful rural views down to the coast. We just stayed for one night to be closer to the airport (Faro - one hour), but really enjoyed our short stay. We were shown around the grounds, and our (13 yrs) daughter even got to feed the donkeys! Even the dog and many cats (not allowed inside - I have allergies, so this is important) were friendly. We were going to visit the local spa area, but ended up just enjoying the peace and quiet and views on offer.

10.0Superliebe Gastgeber, die immer einen guten Tipp haben, jeden Wunsch erfüllen, tolle Gesprächspartner sind. Frühstück lässt keinen Wünsche offen, und falls doch schmeißt der Hausherr seinen Herd an und zaubert was. Das Haus an sich ist sehr durchdacht geplant und eine tolle Mischung aus alt und neu. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, abseits der touristischen Pfade. Wir kommen wieder!
Urlaub bei Freunden
8.0Wer sich Zeit nimmt und die beiden wunderbaren Gastgeber Claudia und Antonio näher kennenlernt, wird von deren Herzlichkeit, deren Wissen und der Gabe Antonio's, Menschen zum Lachen zu bringen und gute Laune zu versprühen, begeistert sein. Dazu atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Küste, unverfälschte Natur, Gesellschaft von zwei Eseln, drei Schafen, dem guten Haushund und einigen Katzen (die draussen bleiben müssen), tolles Zimmer, nur Liegen würde ich den kleinen Korbsesseln vorziehen. Nach wenigen Tagen war ich erholt als wäre ich schon wochenlang dort gewesen!
Chill out and be mesmerised by the view
8.0The host were very pleasant, welcoming and relaxed. That set the tone for such a wonderfully peaceful stay. All rooms have a fabulous 15km view from the hills all the way down to the Algarve coast. Sit out on the private patio, chill out and be mesmerised by the view - you won't find a better one anywhere in Portugal.
