たまには和室の温泉宿も良い
8.0チェックインの対応がテキパキして気持ちが良い。お部屋が広く、清潔で、歴史を感じる立派な中庭が見えて良かった。温泉が気持ち良くて一泊の間に3度も入らせて頂いた。朝食も品数が大きく、丁寧に作られていて美味しかった。カニのシーズンであればもっと賑わっていると思う。
− あちこち手を入れつつ清潔にされていたが、季節柄トイレなど少し匂いが気になった。
Quaint Ryokan and nice staff!
8.0The staff were incredibly kind and the ryokan was very traditional and quaint. The room was comfortable and the cold water and tea ready to make was a nice touch when we got to our room. The guest baths were nice and clean.
− The family bath was a bit frustrating. Since our room didn’t have a private bath, I wanted to stay with my husband and the family bath was always taken. They should have a way for guests to sign in to the family bath and then a guest waiting could sign up next and know when to come down from their room as each guest is allotted an hour.

10.0高齢の母、娘、と３代でお世話になりました。フロントの男性の方はとても丁寧で、おすすめの観光場所など、とても親切に教えて下さいました。地元ならではの穴場情報も交えてすすめていただき、とても助かりました。お食事は、地元の季節の素材をいかしたお料理で、とても美味しくいただきました。立地がとても良く、観光名所どこへ行くのも、便利でした。とても思い出深い良い旅となりました。

8.0お食事がおいしかったです。温泉も気持ちよく入らせていただきました。フロントの方もお天気を教えていただいたり、雨に降られずに観光できたか聞いていただくなど、親切にしてくださいました。お食事も子ども用にアレンジしていただくなど丁寧なお心遣いをいただきました。お庭も美しく、子どもと散策を楽しむことができました。
− 朝ごはんは７時半にお願いしていて、それまで部屋で過ごしていたのですが、おそらく７時からご準備していただいていたようで、７時半頃にお部屋まで呼びにきていただきました。急かされたように感じたので、そこが少し残念でした。 部屋に案内されたときに、朝ごはんは７時半から３０分おきに選べると聞いたので、「それでは一番早い時間の７時半でお願いします。」とお伝えしたのですが、もしかしたら本当は一番早い時間は７時からで、そこにコミュニケーションミスがあったのかなと思います。

10.0跟朋友一起入住兩天，第一天為平日，飯店住客感覺比較少，可以包場溫泉，超開心~ 這次入住日式房間，空間也很舒適，是整理過後的溫泉旅館，感覺得出來房間設備都很新，還可以眺望中庭，住宿體驗超級舒服。同行夥伴一直想要問飯店的棉被是哪裡買的，睡起來超柔軟舒適。是比較偏家族經營的傳統旅館，員工們出入都會很熱情的跟我們打招呼，住起來非常的溫馨。 離鳥取車站走路10分鐘內可以享受這樣的住宿體驗實在太棒了!推薦所有來鳥取的人!!!
