Struttura situata poco fuori Santa Teresa in posizione eccellente, ci hanno dato una prima camera dove si sentiva odore di muffa e fogna, prontamente sostituita... comunque le camere restano da rimodernare, letti abbastanza comodi e il punto dolente è il bagno, poco illuminato con la ventola per aspirare gli odori non funzionante e doccia totalmente da sostituire. Il punto forte è la cucina, abbiamo mangiato dei buoni piatti davvero cucinati bene. Basterebbe poco per essere il top.

Le personnel est très gentil

− Premier jour, nous avons eu des fourmis dans la chambre et dans l'armoire. Donc pour les affaires et la valise, c'était pas top. Le 2e jour, on a en a eu devant notre porte de chambre. Donc, premier jour un petit peu mitigé. Mais le personnel intervient immédiatement lorsque l'on en fait la demande avec des insecticides.Pas de compensation supplémentaire. Un petit, boisson aurait été peut-être appréciée, pour patienter.. 4 étoiles qui mérite quand même d'avoir un rafraîchissement au niveau des, chambres et sdb. C'est un peu vieillot avec un bidet dans la sdb. Sinon informations pour les personnes qui le souhaitent l'hôtel est bien situé à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, cependant, il est en haut d'une côte. Donc, à chaque fois il faut remonter la côte détail parce que sous 38°, ça peut fatiguer.

Colazione varia ed abbondante, personale di sala cortese e disponibile. Posizione un po' lontana dal centro cittadino, silenziosa, facile da raggiungere, parcheggio esterno ed interno, ma raramente libero; fortunatamente è disponibile parcheggio pubblico sulla strada di fronte al hotel.

− Le camere ed i bagni avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento, per quanto confortevoli. Ottima l' aria condizionata in camera, però non regolabile.

The pool is nice and breakfast is ok

− This hotel is a 3 star hotel masking itself as a 4 star hotel. Absolutely nothing about it is 4 stars We paid £250 per night for the premium suite and were not impressed at all from the moment we checked in. Here were the issues: * Reception staff hardly spoke a lick of English, yes we're in Italy but it's a "4 star" hotel in a touristy town * Wifi is basically non existent, had to hotspot my phone to work one day * Check in only at 4pm and check out 10am - no 4 star hotel I have stayed at does this it is normally 11pm/3pm * Air con in the rooms is not adjustable - just fixed to 24 degrees and you have to ask reception if you want to change it. We asked and they put it on 19 and it changed absolutely nothing. The air con system was so old and dated it just felt like a fan, no cooled air came out whatever setting it was on. Important as it was 37 degrees. * Very visible mould in the premium bathroom * VERY dated furnishings and bathroom, genuinely from around 20-30 years ago * Hotel makes you rent towels for the pool * Fresh towels were poor quality and had black marks all over them. * Broken furniture in the room

les +: Séjour agréable, petit-déjeuner plutôt complet (sucré + salé), à prendre à l'intérieur ou en terrasse devant la piscine, chambre confortable, plage la plus proche: une quinzaine de minutes de marche, sinon prendre la voiture, pas mal de plages à 10min. le centre ville de Santa Teresa est à une dizaine de minutes de marche; animé + beaucoup de choix pour manger/boire un verre. Piscine pas trop profonde.. je recommande cet hôtel. Merci.

− les -: le parking sature rapidement en période d'affluence, mais pas de problèmes pour se garer dehors, quartier résidentiel et sûr la nuit. les chambres mériteraient un rafraichissement.
